1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
When you sign up for early registration, we collect:
- the email address you entered in the form;
- technical data that automatically accompanies the form submission: IP address, date and time, device and browser type, referral source (UTM tags).
We do not collect your name, phone number, payment details or any other information unless you enter them yourself in the additional fields of the form.
3. Why we do this
- to notify you about the launch of Bazz and the opening of access;
- to send you information about development progress and product updates;
- to assess demand and the effectiveness of acquisition channels in anonymised form;
- to protect the form from spam and automated submissions.
We do not use your email for third-party advertising and do not sell it.
4. Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on the consent you give by submitting the form. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time — by emailing romanork@gmail.com or via the "Unsubscribe" link in any email.
5. Who we share data with
To operate the service, we use third-party providers that process data on our behalf:
- email delivery service — IPB;
- hosting and data storage — Digital Ocean;
- web analytics — Google Analytics.
Some of them may store data outside your country of residence. We work only with providers that ensure an adequate level of protection. Data is disclosed to other parties only upon a justified request from government authorities within the law.
6. How long we keep data
Until the product launches and for no more than 12 months from the date of your sign-up. If you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, we delete your email from the database within 30 days, keeping a minimal record of the unsubscription so that we do not contact you again.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: obtain information about which of your data we hold; request its correction or deletion; withdraw consent; restrict processing; receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format; lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. 8. Security
Data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS) and stored in systems with restricted access. Only employees and contractors who need it for their work have access.
9. Cookies
The site uses technical cookies required for the form to work and analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — this may limit some features.
10. Minors
The service is not intended for persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If we have received such data, let us know and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address, with the update date shown at the top. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
